Location

Cobcraft Manufacturing has its factory near Christchurch, New Zealand. Kilns are sent care of a reputable freight company and will be placed on the ground at the required location so there is no need to be concerned with the weight and unloading off a deck of a truck. The freighting company is requested to phone the recipient prior to delivery to ensure timing of delivery is satisfactory.

 Lead-time

Lead-time for delivery of the standard range of kilns is usually 1 – 3 weeks but can be up to 5 weeks for the Decagon kiln. The lead-time for one off kilns or ovens would be determined at the time of ordering.

 Warranty

!2 months warranty against faulty material and poor workmanship.
