Fuel Surcharge & Courier Price Update – Effective Immediately

 

Fuel prices have risen sharply across New Zealand in recent weeks, and like many small businesses, we’ve felt the impact quickly. We know these increases affect our customers too, which is why we’ve been absorbing the extra cost for as long as we reasonably could.

Unfortunately, the continued rise in transport and freight costs now means we need to make a small adjustment to keep our services running reliably.

Courier Parcels

Our freight partners have increased their fuel‑related charges.
Rather than adding a separate surcharge, courier parcel prices will now reflect these higher transport costs.
We’ve kept this adjustment as small as possible, and we’re only passing on what we can no longer absorb.

On‑Site Customer Service Work (Canterbury Only)

We operate a single service vehicle for all customer work within Canterbury.
Fuel costs for this vehicle have risen noticeably, and despite absorbing these increases for several weeks, we now need to introduce a small fuel surcharge for service jobs that require travel.
This surcharge is based on mileage and will appear as a separate line item on your invoice.

Orders

There is no surcharge on product orders, and all other pricing remains unchanged.

Our Commitment

We want to be clear that these changes were made reluctantly and only after careful consideration.
We will continue to monitor fuel costs closely and will reduce or remove these adjustments as soon as conditions allow.
