Our Team

At Cobcraft, we are proud to be 100% New Zealand owned and operated. We believe in the quality of NZ‑made products and offer spare parts and services you can have full confidence in.

Our small team is dedicated to providing top‑notch service, with Paul and Josh tirelessly building kilns and pottery tools, Rob ready to assist at a moment’s notice, and Bronwyn managing customer services and accounts with her trademark clarity and care.

Supporting the team online is Octo, our friendly AI dragon, here to help with basic enquiries and guide customers to the right information quickly and reliably.
